Refund & Return Policy – Our 30-Day Guarantee

By purchasing from Velaris, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
   a. Velaris offers a 30-day limited refund policy, applicable solely under the following conditions:

   • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition, and the customer provides sufficient photographic evidence within 30 days of ordering your product.

   • The item remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, and the customer initiates a return request within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
   a. Due to product integrity and quality control measures, refunds and returns will not be issued under the following circumstances:

   • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

   • The customer fails to provide supporting evidence of product defects or damage within the specified timeframe.

   • The return request is made beyond the 30-day period.

   • The product is in perfect condition

3. Refund Processing
   a. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, where applicable.
   b. Velaris reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
